Sales Account Executive - Sales and Rentals of LED Video Displays Matrix Visual

Sales Account Executive – Sales and Rentals of LED Video Displays

Matrix Visual Sales Professionals are passionate about making sure our clients’ needs are met. They are the face of our organization to our many clients across the US. Therefore, they must exhibit an expansive skill set that spans from prospecting, selling, to customer service, and includes:

  • People skills, responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key Production personnel and clients.
  • A thirst for knowledge in the field of audio/visual technology. Even though our sales professionals don’t turn the knobs, they must be knowledgeable on the technology being used and the future of the industry.
  • As the face of Matrix Visual to our clients, it’s important that our sales professionals possess social personalities and feel comfortable interacting in a live event environment.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in the event production, entertainment, tradeshow, worship and/or corporate event market segments.
  • Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to attract new Customers and grow our existing business.
  • Possess both the sales skills to “hunt” and acquire new Customers and the “nurturing” skills to retain and develop our existing customer base.
  • Prepare bids and contracts and manage high-end accounts by offering superior customer service to clients while meeting their technical needs for show design with LED, projection, and video systems.
  • Work with clients and designers to achieve video driven solutions for projects and productions.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ of sales experience in a customer service oriented industry. B2B sales is a plus.
  • An enthusiastic, “can do”, well organized, self-motivated team player, capable of solving technical solutions.
  • Technical skills required include Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and R2 order processing, and Infusionsoft CRM experience is a plus.
  • Requires a flexible work schedule with some travel.
