Tom Roche

Tom is a seasoned General Manager with responsibility for Matrix’s Sales, Marketing and Strategic Business development. He has been tasked with ensuring that the company is aligned with manufacturers that share our values of quality, customer service and continuous innovation.

Prior to joining Matrix, he worked in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, building Sales and Marketing teams for some of the top Fortune 100 Companies in the world, including Pfizer, Henkel, and L’Oréal. More recently, he found his passion for building smaller, more entrepreneurial businesses and helping develop their people, products, systems and processes. He thrives on business challenges, particularly those that drive long-term revenue growth. He’s now captivated by the explosive growth potential represented by the large scale Sales and Rental of LED video walls.

Dale Sahlin

With twenty -five years of experience in the production industry, Dale has managed every aspect of a live event experience from lighting and stage design, to complete production and stage management for: Corporate and Association Shows, Awards Shows, Live Televised Shows and Worldwide Tours.

He has managed production for the Grammy Awards, American Idol Finale Show, VH1 Big Awards, LIVE AID 8, Radio, Music Awards, Superbowl XLI Halftime Show, Billboard Music Awards and the MTV Video Music Awards to name a few.  Dale is always to ready to deliver creative solutions, multi-faceted design and superior project management.

Josh Lantz

Operations

A native of Southern California, Josh began his career with Matrix (and the audiovisual industry) in 1996. Originally hired on as a driver, he has steadily worked through all of the warehouse positions, mastering each one before moving on to the next. Now, as Director of Operations, Josh not only handles logistics company-wide, but also works closely with the Matrix sales personnel and technicians as well as clients to ensure that every order gets the attention it deserves. Josh prides himself on his work ethic and has a full understanding of what it takes to take an order from conception to completion.
